She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Leon Clack and Mabel Lavina Coby Clack; her brother Bruce Clack; and her former husband Wayne E. Warner. She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Kay Warner, Cindy Lynn Warner and Robin Ann Barker (Paul Barker); her sisters, Yvonne Stengel (Bill Stengel) and Linda Black; and her pet Kitty. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
