He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray "Shorty" Miller and Treva Miller (Divens); his wife Dorothy Miller (Sweitzer); his son Randy Miller; and his siblings, Harold, Russell, Paul Miller, Glenna Wick and Dorothy Swearingin.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Allan (Lori Miller), Kenny Ray Miller (Tony Valentine) and Pamela Miller of Pleasant Hill; his grandchildren, Dianna, Will Wills of Arcanum, Amber, Dan Phillips of Springfield, Tante, Justin Perrine of Troy, Laci Miller, Eric Trittschuh of Pleasant Hill, Tyler Miller and Chiandra Shafer of Arcanum; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Wills, Jase Wills, Irina Phillips and Everleigh Phillips; his sister Velma Custer of Tipp City; his close friends, Mary Valentine, Neal and Tante Pemberton; his niece Shelly Roberts; and his great-nephew Justin.
