He was predeceased by: his wife Dolly Overly; his son David Overly; and his siblings, Mary, Charles, Juanita, David, Helen, Virginia, Bertha, Harold and Wilber.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Overly (Stephanie Gossett), Tina Tanski and Melody Wyatt (Chris); his grandchildren, Joshua Tanski (Jennfier McGough), Amber Tanski (David Beckham), Katherine Wyatt and Nicholas Wyatt; and his great grandchildren, Bryden Beckham, Meila Beckham, John Henry Beckham, Korinna Lillian Tanski and Harlow Beckham.
