He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Lewis and Kimiko Lewis; his brother John Lewis; and his pet Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Brooke Krischak (Katie), Trevor Lewis (Miki) and Ryan Lewis; his grandchild Taylor Krischak; his sisters, Helen Coil (Wesley), Irma Lewis-Sagraves and Jeannette Hirn (Joe); his sister-in-law Vickie Lewis; and his nieces and nephews, Laura Herzog (Dan), Marsha Gartner (Phil), Brady Lewis (Alicia), Brean Lucas (Ryan), Michelle Johnson (Jason) and Michael Bowersmith.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Franklin County Dog Shelter in honor of his beloved dog, Bailey.
