He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Miller and Geraldine Ann Miller (Evans). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Miller (Shier); his sons, Chris (Heather) and Cody (Katie); his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Olivia, Addison, Keira and Brooklyn; and his siblings, Gary (Cyndie), Chuck (Cathie), Cathy (Rick) and DeeAnn (Dan). He is also survived by many close friends and family.
