He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Joe and Dorothy Mae Ramsey (Handley); his wife Terri L. Ramsey; his daughter Kathern Battles; and his brother Steve Ramsey.
He is survived by: his sons, David Ramsey and Dwaine Battles (Nicole); his grandsons, Dustin and Joseph Battles; and his siblings, Joe Ramsey (Patty) and Linda Smith (Harold). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
