She was predeceased by: her father Alan Perkins. She is survived by: her mother Arlene Perkins (Wood); her brothers, Alan LeMoyne Perkins (Leslie) and Carl Perkins; her niece Jamie Prather (Tharon); her nephew David Perkins (Brenda Zachrick); her aunts, JoAnna Minetti (John), Elnora Richardson and Ruth Forman (Bill); and her uncle Cary Perkins.
Social distancing and wearing masks will be practiced at all times.
