She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. "Starry" Thompson and Eva R. Campbell (Flowers); her husbands, Robert E. Wilkes and Joseph D. Scott; and her son Mark Spires.
She is survived by: her son Scott Spires (Shelley); her grandchildren, Katelyn Yutzy (Tyler), Caryn Linsky (Tyler), Kristen Price (Cody), Stephen Spires (Amber), Seth Spires (Lori), Sydney Arauz (Angel) and Sophie Spires; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Walker, Leighton Yutzy, Olivia, Rowan Linsky, Greyson, Koreigh, Reagan Price, Finley and Hadley Spires; and her siblings, Charles "Dick" Thompson (Linda) and Carol Macy (Max).
