She is survived by: her parents, David Yutzy and Dorothy Yutzy (Geiser) of West Jefferson, Ohio.; her husband Travis Helmuth; her children, Reece William, Peyton Mae and Maci Lea; her brothers, Timothy Yutzy (Alexa) of Plain City, OH and Joseph Yutzy (Hillary) of West Jefferson, OH; her foster brothers, Tre'Andre Cahill and Jaylynn Cahill; and her nieces and nephews, Henry, Benjamin, Linden and Lenna.
