He is survived by: his son David Michael Kitchen (Shelly Ann); his granddaughter Katie Marie Smith (Robert Lee, Jr); his great grandchildren, Hayden Lee and Kylee Rose; his brothers, David H. Kitchen, Jr. (Michelle) and Roger Kitchen; and his brother-in-law Simon Lapp.
