He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Horr and Marjorie Bell Marshall Horr. He is survived by: his wife Everetta Elaine Taylor (Evie); his son Christopher William Horr; and his siblings, Cathy Horr Hayes, Elizabeth Horr Noel (Mark), Thomas Horr and James Horr (Carol). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
