He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland F. Williams and Eleanor Williams (Bishop); and his brother Gerald E. "Jerry" Williams. He is survived by: his children, Robert Williams II (Sandie), Sherri Moore (Don) and Patrick Williams (Neala); his grandchildren, Jacob Williams (Gretchen), Treg Williams, Abigail Moore and William Moore; his great grandchild Joey Williams; his sister-in-law Roberta M. Williams; his close friend Carol Krieg; and his pets, Jiffy and Squiggles.
