She was predeceased by: her parents, Orpha Chaffins and Isaac Chaffins; and her sister Kathy Corwin. She is survived by: her brother Gaylord Chaffins (Deborah) of West Jefferson, OH; her children, Michelle Jenness (David) of London, OH and Kevin Davis (Amanda) of London; her grandchildren, Korbyn, Kaileagh and Brogan Davis (Larry Davis) of London; and her nephews, Chris Chaffins, Chad Chaffins, Nathaniel Corwin and Joshua Corwin.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Social Distancing will be observed and guests are asked to wear a facial covering while at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to consider a memorial donation be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
