She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert McNeal and Mary Pauline McNeal; her husband Ben; her son Michael; and her siblings, Tom and Ann.
She is survived by: her former husband Benjamin Church August; her children, Patricia Lynn Church, Wayne Church (CA), Benjamin Church (CA), Kay Church, Sherri Church and Carol Mitchell (AZ); her grandchildren, Kelly Smith, John Penn, Brian Church, Benjamin, Christopher Church, Kristal Miller, Chelsea Caruso, Jeremy Church, Kenadi, Paige and Brooke Mitchell; and her sister Norma Freeman. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
