She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl D. Skaggs and Zella Skaggs (Phillips); her son Jeffrey Collier; her siblings, Loren Skaggs and Lorraine Roach (Bud); her parents-in-law, Goldie and Leonard Collier; and her sisters-in-law, Georgia Skaggs and Sue Ayers.
She is survived by: her husband Denzil Collier; her son Greg Collier (Tammi); her daughter-in-law Missy Collier; her grandsons, Trevor Collier, Adam Collier (Leslee Hovis), Tyler Collier, Hunter Collier (Andrea) and Brayden Collier; her brother Sherrill Skaggs; and her siblings-in-law, Edie Yutzy (Dan) and Robert Ayers. She is also survived by her two boys, five grandsons and two daughters-in-law.
