It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Duncan of Plain City, Ohio, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Payne Jackson and Soula Jackson (Sagraves); her husband Ronald Duncan; her sisters, Lorraine Steinberg and Roberta Winning; and her husband Jerry Yantes.
She is survived by: her son Jerry; her daughter-in-law Nancy Yantes (Roby); her grandchildren, Jeremy (Mandy), Joshua (Megan) and Courtney; her great grandchildren, Grace, Sophia, Rebecca, Jeanette, Caroline and Benjamin; and her sister Georgene Kessler (Wayne). She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
