He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Minshall (Meeker) and Emerson Minshall. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Lewis); his children, Stephanie Passamonte (Paul), Jessica Minshall-Rusanov (Svilen) and Erik Minshall (Tara); his grandchildren, Hannah Passamonte, Madison Helfer (David), Isaiah Passamonte and Malakai Passamonte; and his sisters, Judy (Jim Vowell), Jayne Minshall (Michael Klocke) and Jennifer Minshall (David Reece).
