She is survived by: her children, James Mullins and Frances (Ann); her husband Richard Ackley of London; her children, Jonathan Ackley (Brittany) of Pickerington and Molly Homan (John) of Marysville; her stepchildren, Rick, Jeff Ackley and Terry Ackley; her sisters, Cindy Hicks (Tom) and Jamie Fox (Lee); her grandchildren, Addison Ackley, Jacob Ackley, Luke Ackley, Jerry Homan, Tiffany Ackley, Corey Owen, Colleen Owen, Charlie Ackley and Angel Jackson; her nieces, Melissa Roush and Cindy Roush; and her nephew Adam Hicks. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
