He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Holbrook and Ruby Maxine Holbrook (Crabtree); his siblings, James Holbrook, Tom Holbrook and Helen Hinkson; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Daniels, Ben Daniels, Phyllis Spaw and Ruth Ann Rhodes.
He is survived by: his sons, Bob Holbrook (Barbara) and Paul Holbrook (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Roxie Avertt (Chris), Ryan Holbrook, Chelsea Holbrook, Kayla Holbrook, Derik Holbrook, Kassy Holbrook and Ashley Holbrook; his siblings, David Holbrook (Debbie), Joyce Hill (Charles), Jean Long (Frank), Lynne DePriest (Larry) and Fay Holbrook; and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Daniels and Martha Daniels. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
