She was predeceased by: her father Ed; the father of her children Bill Nixon; her son Thomas DeBoard; her aunt Doris DeBoard; her uncles, John, Robert, Russell, Gene DeBoard and Buddy Smith; and her nephew Joshua Meredith.
She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Nixon; her grandchildren, Hannah Hawkins, Ayden Amrine and Chanse Nixon (Squirrel); her siblings, Goldie Swinning (Randy), Ruth Meredith (Mike), John DeBoard (Lisa) and Jason DeBoard (Michelle); and her aunts, Mary Fugate and Kerma Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
