He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Sparks and Sarah Alice Sparks (Fairchild); his siblings, Earnest Ray Sparks (Carolyn), Joyce Young (Raymond), Emma Jean Husk (Eddie), Betty Dutton (Robert) and Alice Furn Lindesy (Robert); and his brothers-in-law, Jim Williams and Ken Streator.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Sparks (Streator); his siblings, Hershel Lee Sparks (Cheryl) and Eula Mae Williams; and his sister-in-law Cathie Streator. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
