He is survived by: his wife Elena; his daughters, Cindy Thomas Johnson (Bobby Scott Jr.) and Elizabeth Otto (Mark); his sister Margaret Jarrett (Jerry); his grandchildren, Cory Ford, Zachery Ford (Kaitlyn), Joshua Ford and Brooke Otto; his great grandchildren, Sophia Ford and Owen Ford; and his stepson Mike Headlee.
