He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Joseph McNeill; and his stepfather Joe Pike. He is survived by: his mother Wilma Rose McNeill-Pike; his wife Diane McNeill (Gagnon); his children, Julie Salamon (Eric), Jennifer Roach (Tyler), David McNeill (Francesca), Jessica McNeill, Janelle McNeill and Jill McNeill; and his sisters, Jacqui Logan, Judy Brackman (Don), Jane McNeill, Janet Rowe (Steve) and Jeri Altenberger (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, there will not be a gathering following the funeral service. Social distancing and wearing masks will be practiced at all times.
