He was predeceased by: his cousins, Sierra, Courtney and Brooklyn Miller. He is survived by: his parents, John Hostetler and Julie Hostetler; his sisters, Brittany, Tiffany and Allison Hostetler; his grandparents, Eli, Kathryn Hostetler, Lee and Celesta Gingerich; and his great-grandparent Lovina Beachy. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
