He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Lewis and Ella Lewis (Lewis); his wife Jennie Marie Lewis (Bishop); his daughter Brenda Lee Stephens; and his siblings, Berl Lewis and Dottie Dickens.

He is survived by: his children, Hazel Coe (Bill) of Centerburg and John Lewis of Ottawa, IL; his siblings, Eugene Lewis (Maxine), Doug Lewis (Betty), Windola Vanover (Glenn), Bonnie Sparks, Francis Cantrell and Goldie Skaggs (Mac); and his friend Esther Kelley of Marysville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren.

Social distancing and wearing masks will be practiced at all times.
