He was predeceased by: his brother Christopher Campbell; his father Francis Campbell; and his stepparents, Louise Campbell and Russell T. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Jo Smith; his siblings, Stephen Campbell and Laura Frank; his significant other April Campbell; his children, Joey, Crystal Campbell and Dorothy Martinez; and his stepsiblings, Susan Rutter, Sandra Oliver, Sharolyn Strebe, Josie Ulrey, Marc Zingarelli and Beth Rice. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and 8 grandchildren he loved.
