He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wallace and Margaret Lee Moore, Sr.; his son Paul Moore; and his brothers, Steve Moore, Rick Moore and Tom Moore.

He is survived by: his wife Janet L. LeVan Moore; his children, Kim Wiese (Charlie) of Plain City, Tina Perritt of St. Joseph, Missouri and Jeffrey C. Moore of Plain City; his grandchildren, Matt Murphy (Katie), Kristin Wiese and Jamie Wiese (Robert Smith); his great grandchildren, Elaina, Sebastian, Darian and Layla; his brother Jerry Moore (Peggie) of Lakeland, Florida; his sister-in-law Bonnie Moore of Florida; and his nieces, Jodi, Teresa, Tammy, Tiffany and Tabitha. He is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
