He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ankrom; his stepfather George Ankrom; his father Clarence Barber; and his stepmother Margaret Barber. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Barber (Miller); his sons, Jeff Barber and Greg Barber (Molly); his grandchildren, Robert, Rachel and Matthew; and his sister Marilyn Ankrom (Eric Armbrust).
