Hornbeck (Myers); his children, Michael J. Hornbeck, Gretchen N. Hornbeck, Doug R. Hornbeck, Nikki A. Hunter and Dustin N. Hornbeck; his siblings, Sharon Hoffmaster, Sherman H. Hornbeck, Craig A. Hornbeck, Jennifer L. Horton and Kevin J. Hornbeck; his cousin Danny Chard; and his close friend Terry "T. D.". He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
