He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard R. Downing and Ileen Downing (Denune); and his wife Mary Lou Downing (Cline). He is survived by: his children, Nathan Downing (Lovina), Adam Downing (Nicole) and Angela Baldwin (Justin); his grandchildren, Alex (Kiara), Jesse, Jace, Jenna, Daniel and Merida; and his sister Kathy Boston (Danny). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
