He was predeceased by: his parents, Chauncey Headings and Gertie Headings (Garver); and his siblings, Jerry Headings, Katie Faeta (Dick) and Ester Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Headings (Mullet); his children, Ron Headings (Becky) of Plain City, Shawn Riley (Mike) of Minerva, Dale Headings (Sharon) of Plain City and Jeff Headings of Plain City; his grandchildren, Clay Headings (Mallory), Connor Headings (Olivia), Cameron Headings, Hannah Franzini (Gionatan), Addie Caple (Stephen), Jake Riley, Josiah Fred Riley, Layne Headings, Sophia Headings and Matthew Headings; his great grandchildren, Jack, Nate Headings, Sergio and Giulia Franzini; his stepmother Clara Headings (Frey) of London; his siblings, Vernon Headings (Viola) of Plain City, Delmar Headings (Verna) of Plain City, Velma Miller (Olen) of Sarasota, FL, Mary Lou Miller (Ben) of Millersburg, Martha Beachy (Sam) of New Braunfels, TX and Alice Schlabach (Titus) of Sugarceek; and his siblings-in-law, Walter Campbell Jr. (Nancy) of Delaware and Dorothy Headings of London.
