He is survived by: his wife Ronda; his children, Frank, Jr. Pharazyn (Maggie), Jeffrey Pharazyn (Maggie), LeAnne Siddell (Ed) and Robin Skaggs; his brother James Pharazyn (Barbara); his grandchildren, Amber Pharazyn, Kayce Rivera (Nikhil), Sara Pharazyn, Jay Cannell, Jakob Pharazyn, Ethan Siddell, Mason Pharazyn, Seth Siddell and Jaxon Skaggs; and his great grandchildren, Josiah, Micah and Judah Rivera.
