He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Puckett Bentley; his grandson Michael Bentley (Tammy); his son-in-law Johnnie Simpkins; his great grandchildren, Ashley Bentley, Zachary Bentley, Leighann Bentley and Breanna Bentley; and his pets, Coco, Rocko, Bozo and Cluck.
