He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary Wallace and Don Martindale. He is survived by: his parents, Douglas A. Wallace Sr. of Plain City and Joni Alexander (Steve) of Englewood; his grandmother Nancy Lee Martindale of Kettering; his sisters, Lora Lee Wallace of Delaware and Megan Wallace (Jeffrey Ott) of Marysville; his niece Kyla Fryman of Ft. Sill, OK; his nephew Scott Wallace of Plain City; and his pets, Gus and Jinx. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and family.
