He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dulgar and Hazel Dulgar (Hammond); his wife Bertha Mullet Dulgar; and his brother Jim Dulgar. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Dulgar-Loucks (Kevin); his grandchildren, Josh, Madison, Britney, Daniel Jones and Desiree Burchett; his great grandchildren, Everleigh and Ainsley; and his siblings, Gladas Adams, Melinda Rodgers, Bill, Steve and Mike Dulgar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ferguson Funeral Home (202 E Main St, Plain City, OH 43064).
