Collier of Plain City, Ohio, born in Martha, Kentucky, who passed away on October 24, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Collier and Goldie Collier (Vanover); his wife Phyllis Collier (Skaggs); his sons, Gregory J. Collier and Jeffrey L. Collier; his sister Sue Ayers; and his siblings-in-law, Lorraine, Bud Roach, Loren Skaggs, Sherrill and Georgie Skaggs.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Trevor Collier (Taylor), Adam Collier (Leslee), Tyler Collier (Haley), Hunter Collier (Andrea) and Brayden Collier; his great grandchildren, Boone Collier and Cameron Collier; his daughters-in-law, Tammi Collier and Missy Collier; his sister Edie; and his brothers-in-law, Dan Yutzy and Robert Ayers.
Social distancing and wearing masks will be practiced at all events.
