She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron "Barney" and Barbara Chesser (Sparks); and her sister Diana Chesser. She is survived by: her husband Frederick Gilliam; her children, Susan Wright (Steven Henry), Brian Gilliam (Jennifer) and Stacy Benas (Steve); her grandchildren, Zail Gammell, Harley, Jolee, Leah Smith, Bryon Gilliam, Alexander, Helen Henry and Paige Benas; her siblings, Fred Chesser (Jodi), Donna Smith and Denise Nibert (Steve); her sister-in-law Sharon Gilliam; her niece Sierra Smith; and her nephews, Seth and Nathanial Nibert.
