With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Allen Thomas (Plain City, Ohio), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Berniece Thomas (Moffitt); his brother Norman Thomas; and his sister-in-law Jane Thomas (Patrick). He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Thomas (Odell); his daughters, Tamera Headlee (Robert) and Julie Crossley; his grandchildren, Alyssa Headlee, Michael Headlee, Kaitlyn Ellis (Martin), Tyler Crossley (Kaylee) and Kyle Crossley (Jenna); and his sister Dr. Jo Ellen Thomas. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
