She was predeceased by: her spouse Hager B. Phillips; her children, Gary Phillips and Rita Phillips Reed; her grandsons, Brian Ross Fults and Aaron Phillips; her great grandchild Alexa Branim; her children-in-law, Marianne Phillips, David Fults and Gerald Michael Daniels; and her siblings, Milton, Millard, Parrish, Bill, Isom, Johnny Waggoner, Hazel Waggoner and Irene Sparks.

She is survived by: her sister Betty Eldridge; her daughters, Lenora Louise Sexton (Steve), Joan Eger (Jim), Tressia Caldwell (Tony), Beverly Fults, Bethann Daniels, Cora Cathleen Lapp (Brian) and Rachel Brown (Garrett); and her friend Phyllis Williamson. She is also survived by ses twenty-three grandchildren, forty-four great-grandchildren, and eighteen great-great-grandchildren.
