He was predeceased by: his parents, Sue E. Johnson and Donald Allard; and his brother Keven W. Allard. He is survived by: the mother of his children Amber Gore; his daughters, Americus Jones, Haylee Allard and Torrey Allard; and his sisters, Mary Gussler (Fred), Cheryl Allard (Odilio) and Becky Allard (Rami). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and friends.
