He was predeceased by: his father Boyce Albert Fraley; his granddaughter Destiny Fraley; and his sisters, Rhonda Zornes and June. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Fraley and Charles Christopher Fraley; his grandchildren, Keegan Baird, Devan Fraley, Dustin Fraley and Kameryn Fraley; his mother Betty Fraley (Snyder); his siblings, Tim Fraley (Stephanie) and Carla Horger (Jeff); and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Karasek (Shane), Allison Van De (Brett), Tiffany Biggum (Jim), Brandon Fraley (Melissa) and John Zornes (Robyn).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to be made to the funeral home to defray recent expenses.
