He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Butcher and Charlene Butcher (Whiting); his wife Janet Mulford; his children, Eric Butcher, Todd Mulford, Ralph Butcher (Amanda) and Angie Scott (James); his grandchildren, Jordan Mulford, Ross Mulford, Jocelynn Butcher and Evan Butcher; his great grandchild Isabella Butcher; and his son Bryan Mulford (Lisa).
