It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Adams of Plain City, Ohio, born in Wooster, Ohio, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester "Bud" and Dorothy Baker (Swartz); and her brother Ronald Baker. She is survived by: her husband Phil Adams; her children, Gayle Adams and Eric Adams (Cindy); her grandson Grant Adams; her sister-in-law Judy Baker; her niece Lisa Harpke (James); her nephews, Jeff Brown (Cheryl) and Rod Brown; her great-nieces, Kaylynn, Lisa, Stacy and Stephanie; and her close friends, Dorothy Yutzy and Marilyn Barber.
Social distancing and wearing masks will be practiced at all events.
