He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Troyer and Tena Troyer (Farmwald); his son Nelson; and his siblings, Eli, Katie and Sarah.
He is survived by: his children, Erma Hoover (Ron), John Troyer (Linda), Ray Troyer, Steven Troyer (Rodalyn), Carol Yutzy (Rick) and Linda Beachy (Dale); and his siblings, Jonas Troyer, Andy Troyer, Alvin Troyer, Ada Yoder, Mary Hershberger and Esther Troyer.
