He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Caserta and Nunziatina Cipriano (Nancy); his wife Nancy Caserta (Chronerberry); his siblings, C. Anthony Caserta, Vincent Caserta, Bert J. Caserta, Thomas Caserta, Angelo Caserta, Charles Caserta Jr., Joseph Caserta, Eleanor Johnston, Rose Tyler and Virginia Marsilli; and his daughter-in-law Katherine Caserta.
He is survived by: his children, Richard "Rick" Caserta, Randall Caserta, Todd Caserta, Toby Caserta (Renata) of Dayton and Tamera Caserta; his sister Amelia Gillis; and his sister-in-law Barbara Caserta. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren: and eighteen great-grandchildren.
