He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Jaqua, and Betty J. Jaqua, Sr. (Stephens); and his brother Michael D. Jaqua. He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Hirt; and his children, Natalie Young (Rusty) of Piqua, Bill Jaqua (Katie) of Hinsdale, Addison Jaqua (Hillary) of Covington and Adrian Jaqua (Mary) of Dayton. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
