We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2021, at the age of 80, William Blackburn of Piqua, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Duaine Elias and Lorene Blackburn (Fogt); his wife Janice L. Koon; and his brother Robert "Bob" Blackburn. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Hager (Kyle) of Piqua and Brock Blackburn (Susan) of Bradford; and his grandchildren, Samson Douglas Hager, Elizabeth Brunson and Christopher Blackburn.
