It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard Dale Fraley of Piqua, Ohio, born in Fletcher, Ohio, who passed away on January 25, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance Fraley and Lourene Fraley; his adoptive parents, Everett Hobbs and Courene Hobbs; his wife Donna Fraley; his sisters, Bonnie Whitaker and Jan Swigart; and his son-in-law Joel Welbaum.
He is survived by: his children, Stanley Fraley of Piqua, OH and Vicky Welbaum of Covington, OH; his siblings, James Fraley, Shirley Atha and Joyce Brown; and his granddaughters, Jessica Lauber of Piqua, OH and Jennifer Cox of Troy.
