He is survived by: his children, Melissa Barhorst (Scott) of Sidney, Connie Hook of Troy, Loretta Burnett (Larry) of Piqua and Lawrence Hook (Evren) of California; and his siblings, Steve Hook of Kentucky and Carol Collins of Sidney. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
