It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wayne K. Melgaard of Piqua, Ohio, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer "Mel" Melgaard and June Melgaard (Gail Melgaard). He is survived by: his children, Carol Howard (Jeff) of Liberty, Kentucky, Matthew Melgaard (Jennifer) of Bradford and Michael "Brandon" Melgaard (Carrie) of Cleveland; his sister Lynn Whillehan; and his wife Gail Melgaard. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
